Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a Dreamwell Technologies project before it is delivered. To cancel, please contact us via:

Please tell us in writing (WhatsApp or email) that you want to cancel. Any refund due is worked out under the sections below. No early termination fees apply.

2. Setup Fee Refund

Setup fees are refundable under the following conditions:

• Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund of the setup fee, no questions asked.
• After 30 days: Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of initial product configuration, customization, and onboarding.

3. One-Time Project Refund

One-time projects (for example GST & Invoice Automation or a WhatsApp AI Business Bot) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of payment if the deliverable has not yet been completed and deployed. Once the product has been delivered and deployed, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

1. Submit your cancellation/refund request via WhatsApp or email.
2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm eligibility.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
4. You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once the refund is processed.

Note: Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before cancellation at no additional cost.
