1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dreamwell Technologies Private Limited ("Dreamwell", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dreamwell provides AI automation services for businesses in India, including but not limited to: WhatsApp AI Business Bots, GST/Invoice Automation, Inventory Management, AI Sales & Lead Qualification, Customer Support AI, Business Process Automation, Custom AI Agent Development, Website & AI Chat Integration, Data Analytics & BI, and Industry-Specific Automation Solutions. Services are delivered as one-time projects. The scope and final price of each project are confirmed in a written quotation before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices on our website are indicative ranges in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added to your invoice. The final price is the amount on your written quotation. Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp (+91 90805 83767), and payment is made using the method and schedule stated on your quotation. Setup fees, where applicable, are charged once.

We may change the prices shown on our website at any time. A quotation you have accepted is not affected by later price changes.

4. Refund Policy

Setup Fees: Refundable in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, setup fees are non-refundable.

One-Time Projects: Full refund within 30 days of payment if the project has not yet been delivered. Once delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project before it is delivered by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 90805 83767) or email (hello@dreamwelltechnologies.com). Refunds for cancelled projects follow the Refund Policy above. No early termination fees apply. For full details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting a quotation or placing an order.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute our software.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Dreamwell are the intellectual property of Dreamwell Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dreamwell provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
